We run special machines and devices necessary for manufacturing rubber components in moulds, which are machined according to individual requirements of our customers.
Moulds are made out of steel C45, C64 or chromed steel depending on needs the. Vulcanization process is carried out in presses or in injection moulding machines.
Our company also produces components by bonding different materials, e.g. rubber-to-metal, rubber-to-fabric, etc.
Our company produces articles out of thermoplastics, too. We use a wide range of rubber compounds, including of required properties and applications, if necessary with ordered certification (e.g. food, medical, fire resistance etc). Thanks to above we are able to meet all our customers demands.
